Mental X Client, Mental X Cam Pro ile kullanılan uzaktan izleme istemci uygulamasıdır.
Uygulamayı kullanarak kendi hesabınız, kendi cihazlarınız veya erişim izni verilen kamera QR/token bilgileri üzerinden bağlantı kurduğunuzu kabul edersiniz. Size ait olmayan kamera bilgilerini izinsiz kullanamaz, paylaşamaz veya sisteme ekleyemezsiniz.
Veriler, güvenli bulut veri hizmetleri aracılığıyla işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Uygulamanın çalışabilmesi ve hizmetlerin sunulabilmesi amacıyla; kullanıcı hesabına ait temel bilgiler, kimlik doğrulama bilgileri, iletişim bilgileri (sağlanmışsa), cihaz bilgileri, istemci (client) ve kamera eşleştirmeleri, bağlantı doğrulama bilgileri (token), ağ bağlantı bilgileri (LAN/WAN), hizmet kullanım kayıtları, hesap silme talepleri ve uygulamanın güvenli çalışması için gerekli diğer teknik veriler işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Bu veriler yalnızca hizmetin sunulması, güvenliğin sağlanması ve hizmet kalitesinin artırılması amacıyla kullanılmaktadır.
İnternet bağlantısı, mobil operatör, yerel ağ, üçüncü taraf hizmetler, cihaz donanımı, işletim sistemi veya diğer teknik nedenlerden dolayı hizmetlerde gecikme, kesinti veya erişim sorunları yaşanabilir. Bu tür teknik aksaklıklardan veya bunların doğrudan ya da dolaylı sonuçlarından Mental X sorumlu değildir.
Mental X, bu Kullanım Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası üzerinde önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değişiklik yapma, güncelleme veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar. Yapılan önemli değişiklikler uygulama ve/veya resmi internet sitesi üzerinden yayınlanır. Gerekli görülen durumlarda uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edebilmeniz için güncellenen yasal metinleri yeniden onaylamanız istenebilir.

Mental X Client hesabınızın ve hesapla ilişkili bulut verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
Talebinizi, kayıtlı hesabınızı doğrulayabilecek bilgilerle birlikte support@mentalxapp.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Doğrulanan talepler en geç 10 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Privacy policy, terms of use, and technical limitations.
Mental X Client is a remote viewer application used with Mental X Cam Pro.
By using the application, you confirm that you connect only through your own account, your own devices, or camera QR/token information that you are authorized to use.
Data may be processed and stored using secure cloud data services. To provide and operate the application, basic account information, authentication data, contact information (if provided), device information, client and camera associations, connection authentication data (tokens), LAN/WAN network information, service usage records, account deletion requests, and other technical information required for the secure operation of the application may be processed and stored. This information is used solely to provide the service, maintain security, and improve service quality.
Service interruptions, delays, or access problems may occur due to internet connectivity, mobile operators, local networks, third-party services, device hardware, operating systems, or other technical reasons. Mental X shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from such technical issues.
Mental X reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be published within the application and/or on the official website. Where required, you may be asked to review and accept the updated legal terms before continuing to use the application.

Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Mental X Client account and the cloud data associated with the account.
Send your request to support@mentalxapp.com with information that allows us to verify the registered account. Verified requests are completed within 10 days.
