Mental X Cam Pro ve Mental X Client hesabınızın ve ilişkili bulut verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

Hesap silme talebi nasıl gönderilir?

1. Talebinizi, hesabınızla ilişkili e-posta adresinden support@mentalxapp.com adresine gönderin.

2. E-posta konusu olarak Account Deletion Request yazın.

3. Talebinizde Mental X Cam Pro veya Mental X Client hesabınızı silmek istediğinizi belirtin.

4. Hesap sahipliği doğrulandıktan sonra silme işlemi başlatılır.

İşlem süresi

Doğrulanan hesap silme talepleri en geç 10 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Silinen veriler

• Kullanıcı ve hesap kimlikleri

• Sağlanmışsa profil ve iletişim bilgileri

• İstemci, kamera ve cihaz eşleştirmeleri

• Bağlantı tokenları ve bulut üzerindeki bağlantı kayıtları

• Uygulama tarafında tutulan plan, lisans ve hesap ilişkilendirme kayıtları

• Hesabın çalışması için tutulan diğer kullanıcıya bağlı bulut verileri

Silinmeyen veya sınırlı süreyle saklanabilen veriler

• Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından yönetilen satın alma geçmişi, faturalar ve mağaza işlem kayıtları Mental X tarafından silinemez; bu kayıtlar ilgili mağazanın kendi politikalarına tabidir.

• Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve işlem doğrulaması için gerekli sınırlı teknik günlükler en fazla 90 gün saklanabilir.

• Yasal yükümlülük nedeniyle tutulması gereken kayıtlar, yalnızca ilgili mevzuatta belirtilen süre boyunca saklanabilir.

• Mental X Cam Pro tarafından cihazda oluşturulan video kayıtları hesap silme işlemiyle otomatik olarak silinmez. Bu kayıtlar kullanıcı tarafından cihazdan kaldırılmalıdır.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Mental X Cam Pro or Mental X Client account and the associated cloud data.

How to submit an account deletion request

1. Send the request from the email address associated with your account to support@mentalxapp.com.

2. Use Account Deletion Request as the email subject.

3. State that you want your Mental X Cam Pro or Mental X Client account to be deleted.

4. The deletion process begins after account ownership is verified.

Processing time

Verified account deletion requests are completed within 10 days.

Data that will be deleted

• User and account identifiers

• Profile and contact information, if provided

• Client, camera and device associations

• Connection tokens and cloud connection records

• App-side plan, license and account association records

• Other user-linked cloud data required to operate the account

Data that is not deleted or may be retained for a limited period

• Purchase history, invoices and store transaction records managed by Apple App Store or Google Play cannot be deleted by Mental X and remain subject to the relevant store policies.

• Limited technical logs required for security, abuse prevention and transaction verification may be retained for up to 90 days.

• Records that must be retained to comply with legal obligations may be kept only for the period required by applicable law.

• Video recordings created locally by Mental X Cam Pro are not automatically deleted when the account is deleted. The user must remove these recordings from the device.
