FoodCheck gizlilik politikası, kullanım şartları ve veri işleme bilgileri.
Özet
FoodCheck, barkodla ürün bilgisi görüntüler. Kayıt / hesap zorunlu değildir. Varsayılan olarak kişisel verileri toplamak için tasarlanmadı. Uygulama içinde reklam gösterilebilir (Google AdMob).
1) Toplanan Veriler
FoodCheck’i kullanırken aşağıdaki veri türleri işlenebilir:
Barkod sorgusu: Taradığınız barkod numarası, ürün bilgisini getirmek için internet üzerinden Open Food Facts servisine gönderilebilir.
Uygulama içi reklam verileri: Reklam gösterimi için Google AdMob, cihaz bilgileri / reklam tanımlayıcıları gibi verileri işleyebilir (platform izinlerine ve ayarlarına bağlıdır).
Yerel önbellek (cache): Daha hızlı sonuç için bazı ürün verileri cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanabilir.
Hesap: FoodCheck’te hesap oluşturma zorunlu değildir.
Hassas veri: Sağlık verisi toplamak için tasarlanmamıştır. Sonuçlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
2) İzinler
Kamera (opsiyonel): Barkod taraması için kullanılır. Uygulamayı kamerayı açmadan da kullanabilirsiniz (manuel barkod girme varsa).
İnternet: Ürün bilgilerini çekmek ve reklamları göstermek için gerekir.
Depolama (opsiyonel): Paylaşım sırasında oluşturulan görsellerin geçici olarak saklanması için kullanılabilir.
3) Reklamlar (AdMob)
Uygulama içinde banner / native reklamlar gösterilebilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob aracılığıyla sunulur. AdMob; reklam performansı ve dolandırıcılık önleme gibi amaçlarla belirli verileri işleyebilir.
Reklam kişiselleştirme seçenekleri, cihaz/hesap ayarlarına göre değişebilir.
Çocuklara yönelik kullanım senaryolarında, ilgili platform ayarları ve reklam kısıtları uygulanmalıdır.

4) Verilerin Saklanması
Yerel cache: Ürün sonuçları cihazda saklanabilir. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu veriler silinir.
Sunucu tarafı: FoodCheck kendi sunucusunda kullanıcı hesabı/verisi depolamak üzere tasarlanmamıştır.
5) Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Open Food Facts: Ürün bilgilerinin kaynağıdır. Barkod sorgusu bu servise yönlenir.
Google AdMob: Reklam gösterimi için kullanılır.
Üçüncü taraf servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
6) Kullanım Şartları (Kısa)
FoodCheck sağlanan bilgileri bilgilendirme amaçlı sunar. Tıbbi/sağlık danışmanlığı değildir.
Ürün içerikleri ve alerjen bilgileri, Open Food Facts veritabanındaki kayıtlara bağlıdır; eksik/hatalı olabilir.
Uygulamanın hatalı kullanımından doğan sonuçlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

Summary
FoodCheck displays product information via barcode. No account is required. It is not designed to collect personal data by default. Ads may be shown in the app (Google AdMob).
1) Data We Process
When you use FoodCheck, the following types of data may be processed:
Barcode query: The scanned barcode number may be sent over the internet to the Open Food Facts service to retrieve product information.
In-app advertising data: Google AdMob may process certain data such as device info / advertising identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention (depending on platform permissions and settings).
Local cache: Some product data may be stored locally on your device to speed up results.
Account: No account creation is required in FoodCheck.
Sensitive data: Not designed to collect health data. Results are for informational purposes.
2) Permissions
Camera (optional): Used for barcode scanning. You may still use the app without opening the camera (if manual entry is available).
Internet: Needed to fetch product info and display ads.
Storage (optional): May be used to temporarily store generated images during sharing.
3) Ads (AdMob)
Banner / native ads may be displayed in the app. Ads are served via Google AdMob. AdMob may process certain data for ad performance and fraud prevention.
Ad personalization options depend on device/account settings.
For child-directed use cases, relevant platform settings and ad restrictions should be applied.

4) Data Retention
Local cache: Product results may be stored on the device. Removing the app deletes this data.
Server-side: FoodCheck is not designed to store user accounts/data on its own servers.
5) Third-Party Services
Open Food Facts: Source of product information. Barcode lookups are directed to this service.
Google AdMob: Used for ad delivery.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
6) Terms of Use (Short)
FoodCheck provides information for informational purposes only. It is not medical/health advice.
Product content and allergen info depend on records in the Open Food Facts database and may be incomplete/incorrect.
The developer is not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse.
